A Special notice to award a sole source contract to Information Handling Services, Inc. 15 Inverness Way E. Englewood, CO 80112-5776. The Defense Reutilization and Service (DRMS) requires licenses and an extended service plan for 12 users located at multiple US sites. This is a Brand Name requirement for Haystack Gold licenses. Period of performance is one (1) year from time of award. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award will be made to Information Handling Services as they are the owners of the software and are the only known source that can provide this support. If there are any other firms that can satisfy this requirement, please submit your proposal by close of business January 3, 2008. Support required as follows: Haystack Gold licensing for 12 users; Extended Service Plan to include on-site training in Battle Creek, MI, appropriate training for satellite sites, and usage reports.
