R--Job Order Cost Accounting System II

The Air Force intends to award a sole source task order to Tybrin Corporation for the maintenance and sustainment of the Job Order Cost Accounting System II (JOCAS II). This contract includes enhancements to the existing application, help desk support, as well as the development and delivery of training related to the system.
