NASA/KSC plans to issue a Draft Request for Proposal (Draft RFP) for the followingCommercial Items/Services for Kennedy Space Center Support Services III (KISS III). Thispotential contract will require contractor support in various areas such as, but notlimited to clerical support, financial management support, personnel program activitysupport, employee development support, employee benefits support, personnel actionprocessing support, procurement acquisition and contract administration support, analystsupport, business systems support and records and property management support.NASA/KSC intends to issue a single award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ)contract with fixed-price task orders with a maximum value of $48M and a four year periodof performance. The period of performance will include a twelve month base period andthree one year options.This procurement is a total small business set-aside and is being offered for competitionlimited to eligible 8(a) concerns.
