The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is seeking to identify sources for two non-competitve procurements of $500.00 each, to assist, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in managing Part A and B Medicare eligibility access and on-line system for contracting Medicare Advantage Plans enrolling Medicare entitled beneficiaries. These contracts will also provide a method for CMS contracting Health Plans and PDPs to submit enrollment data records to the CMS data center. The contractor must provide a daily need for query access to eligibility data on beneficiaries enrolling into their organizations. Some plans do not have the resources or systems to handle these queries, and so they opt to use a vendor. Currently, CMS provide Medicare covered health care, prescription drug coverage, and other medical services to Medicare beneficiaries who chose to enroll in their plan. CMS contracts with about 700 plans. These plans are located in 50 states, with heavy concentrations in California and Florida. CMS are servicing approximately 30 million Medicare beneficiaries. Potential sources may identify their interest and capability in response to the above requirements by submitting clear and convincing documentation that fully defines their capability to meet the established requirements. This sources sought notice is for informational purposes only, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Interest expressed within 10 calendar days of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Ward, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Acquisitions and Grants Group, 7500 Security Blvd., C2-21-15, Baltimore, Maryland 21244-1850. EWard@cms.hhs.gov. No Phone Calls Please.
