The Internal Revenue Service intends to award a purchase order to Corporate Executive Board, 2000 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20006 on a sole source basis. This is for membership in their Corporate Leadership Council. The membership will run for 13 months. This is not a request for competitive proposal and NO solicitation is available. However, the Government will consider all proposals and capability statements received within fifteen (15) calendar days after the publication of this notice.
