Temporary Support Services (Carpenter)

The US Embassy in Paris is soliciting proposals for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price contract for temporary carpenter services. The contract consists of a six-month base period from December 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027, with an optional six-month extension, not to exceed 52 weeks in total. The selected contractor will provide one highly qualified carpenter to perform installations of kitchen cabinets and fixtures, manufacture timber cabinets, and maintain doors and windows at various locations, primarily the Neuilly sur Seine and Boulogne-Billancourt compounds. Qualified candidates must hold a CAP or BAC Pro Menuiserie vocational diploma, possess at least three years of experience, and be rated OHQ B1 per the Convention Collective du Batiment. The government will award the contract to the lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) responsible offeror, with the possibility of award without discussions. Invoices are submitted monthly with a 30-day payment term, and a 20% VAT must be listed as a separate line item. Performance is monitored by the Facilities Manager, who serves as the Contracting Officer's Representative, with a quality standard requiring no more than one customer complaint per month.
