Full Description

The National Capital Region Contracting Center, on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (OACSIM) intends to award a sole source extension of contract number W9123-06-C-0040 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Vista Technology Services Inc., 13450 Sunrise Valley Drive, Herndon, VA 20171-3267. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Real Property Planning Support contract will provide technical support services to maintain, update, and enhance the Real Property Planning Support (RPPS) system and provide technical support to Real Property reporting requirements. This is the official source for Army facility requirements and supports development of Army master plans, capital investment strategy, unit stationing and relocation analysis, and the Army's military construction program. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract with a Period of Performance of 15 January 2011 to 14 July 2011. This notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no RFP available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted. The point of contract for this action is Diane Clarke, Contract Specialist. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a Capability Statement to the Contract Specialist via email at contact@example.gov and alternate point of contact Derwin Rush at contact@example.gov no later that 27 December 2010. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
