A Stability Operations Fellow will provide relevant academic research skills and expertise to frame thinking in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (P olicy). This expertise will facilitate policy formulation and recommendations for civil, economic and military reconstruction in countries which have failed or in which the U.S. Government has been engaged in conflict.
