The U.S. Army Rapid Equipping Force located at Ft. Belvoir, VA has a requirement for engineering services support. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, management, and support necessary to support the Rapid Equipping Force (REF) in the successful accomplishment of its mission. This requirement is being solicited using the multi-step procedures found at Federal Acquisition Regulation 15.202. The submissions for the first step must be submitted by 2:00 PM MST on 18 January 2006. Submissions must be made electronically to Daniel Balizan at contact@example.gov. It is anticip ated that award be made prior to 09 March 2006 with phase-in 12-31 March 2005 and full performance to begin 01 April 2006. Payments for these services will made using Government VISA card. A fixed price level of effort contract will be awarded with a cost-reimbursable line items for materials, equipment and overtime and an over and above line item for work outside of the norm.
