Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic (SPAWAR Atlantic), Code 22130, intends to award this requirement as an 8(a) set-aside to Chugach Information Technology, Inc., on a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to consist of the efforts required to provide USNS SALVOR (T-ARS-52) Naval Modular Automated Communications System (NAVMACS) Installation Support in accordance with the Ship Installation Drawings (SIDs) in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. The Government has an 8(a) quote so no need to provide one. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13.
