Required submissions include a technical proposal, a detailed fee schedule for equipment and materials, audited financial statements from the past three years, and certifications regarding lobbying, debarment, and drug-free workplace requirements. Additionally, firms must provide a certificate of insurance and, for those bidding on resource distribution or debris management, post a performance and payment bond of 1,000,000 dollars. The initial response deadline is November 20, 2026, with subsequent responses reviewed quarterly until January 31, 2029. Awarded contractors must comply with Minority Business Enterprise goals and adhere to various federal and state non-discrimination and equal opportunity mandates. The Service Provider will utilize the YICC for subsequent emergency event processing and to coordinate the response, request additional resources, and document actions. Ambulance Rendezvous: -As part of this agreement, the Service Provider agrees to provide ambulance rendezvous with Yellowstone National Park (YNP) EMS for patients that are being transported by YNP EMS to medical facilities outside of the park when resources and local volume permit.
