Notice of Intent to Sole Source Pre-Solicitation Notice for notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Veteran s Administration (VA) Office of Acquisition, Logistics, and Construction Office of Research and Development, Regional Procurement Office East in Pittsburgh, PA intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with AB Evergreen Analytics LLC, 319 N 101 ST., Seattle, WA 98133-9113 to provide follow-on services which focus on the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center Mental Health Services Department s established Research & Development capabilities. These services have been provided to this juncture by AB Evergreen Analytics LLC. AB Evergreen Analytics LLC has been included in all necessary Office of Research & Development, Office of Connected Care, and other approvals as applicable, and has contributed comprehensive technical support services delivering research data, design, and publication deliverables to the projects. Due to the complexity of the research projects and past work experience of AB Evergreen Analytics LLC which includes specific experience with comprehensive technical support services, particularly involving the Veterans Health Administration, and collaboration within VA San Francisco s Mental Health Services Department and with their Staff, Clinical and Research Psychologists, no other vendors are able to provide the continuity required to complete these various research projects.
