Interested contractors may download copies of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments. No hard copies will be made available. The solicitation provides full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the Contract Opportunities website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Products and Commercial Services (NOV 2021) is included in this solicitation. Evaluation factors for the solicitation are Technical, Past Performance, and Price. Technical and Past Performance, when combined, are significantly more important than Price.
