This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purchase request number is DOL121RQ21411 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-55. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 541511, and the small business size standard is $25 Million Dollars. This requirement consists of one Line Item: 12 month maintenance and support for 68 existing RAD Studio Enterprise Networked Named user software licenses. Manufacturer: Embarcadero Description: This solicitation is for maintenance services for 68 existing RAD Studio Enterprise Networked Named user software at the Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration for 12 months. Period of Performance: 12 months from the DoA. FOB shall be destination, and shipping should be included in the unit price.
