Headquarters, Air Combat Command, Acquisition Management & Integration Center (ACC AMIC) has awarded the above contract for the RC/OC/WC-135 & E-4B Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development requirement. Award was made to Darton Innovative Technologies, Inc on 8 Sep 2020 in the amount of $61,273,174.00. Five proposals were received in response to the solicitation. The contract was awarded as a Commercial, Firm Fixed Price contract for services to be performed at Offutt AFB, NE. There is a 2 month phase-in period that will be funded with FY21 O&M funds. The base period of performance will be funded with FY21 O&M funds as they are made available. The four, one year option periods (as each option is exercised), will be funded with the appropriate fiscal year O&M funds IAW FAR Clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. The contract was awarded based on the evaluation criteria as outlined in Section 7 of the solicitation.
