RCP Shelters — Open air shelters and structures

Master Agreement 092325-RCP is a cooperative purchasing contract between Sourcewell, a Minnesota service cooperative, and RCP Shelters, Inc. for the provision of open air structures and related equipment and services. The agreement establishes a solutions-based procurement vehicle for governmental, educational, nonprofit, and tribal agencies across the United States and Canada. The scope of work includes end-to-end project delivery, encompassing site assessment, engineering design, fabrication, and installation of pre-engineered steel and laminated wood structures. These structures are designed to meet rigorous standards, including 265 psf snow loads and 175 mph wind loads, and comply with AISC, AWS, and ASTM specifications. The contract is effective for a four-year base term starting November 3, 2025, with options for up to three one-year extensions. Pricing is structured as a universal 15% discount from MSRP for Sourcewell members, with additional volume discounts of 1% for orders between $100,000 and $199,999, and 2% for orders of $200,000 or more. Deliveries are handled as FOB Destination, shipped directly from the manufacturer in Stuart, Florida. The agreement includes a 10-year warranty on structural components and protective coatings, and requires the supplier to maintain general liability insurance of $1.5 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate.
