RE-BID NOTICE TO BIDDERS CITY OF PASSAIC Sealed Proposals will be received on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 10:45 A.M. prevailing time in the Purchasing Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Room 207 330 Passaic Street, Passaic, New Jersey and then publicly opened and read aloud for the following: DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS – RESILIENT COMMUNITIES PROGRAM (RCP) DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES PASSAIC AVENUE UNDERPASS DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS Instructions to Bidders, Specifications, and Proposal Form are available for download from the City of Passaic website www.cityofpassaic.com Proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the City of Passaic, Division of Purchasing, Attn: Doris Dudek, Director of Purchasing; 330 Passaic Street, Passaic, NJ; bearing the name and address of the bidder written on the face of the envelope, and clearly marked “Request For Proposal” with the contract title.
