This contract opportunity pertains to a customer satisfaction survey related to the Health Coverage Tax Credit, funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. It is exclusively available to Pacific Consulting Group and ICF Macro, the current holders of Internal Revenue Service Customer Satisfaction Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). These BPAs facilitate the IRS in issuing competitively awarded task orders to firms with demonstrated expertise in customer satisfaction surveys and stringent security protocols for taxpayer data protection. The awarded contractor will execute a fixed-price task order to administer an existing survey approved by the IRS and the Office of Management and Budget, targeting individuals who claim or are eligible for the Health Coverage Tax Credit. The contractor must ensure respondent anonymity while compiling and reporting the survey results back to the IRS. This task order has a performance period of ten weeks from the award date. The contract reinforces the use of competitive mechanisms within a pre-established pool of capable vendors to promote efficiency and security, with funding sourced wholly or partially from the ARRA stimulus. All inquiries regarding this opportunity can be directed to the designated contract specialist and contracting officer through provided contact details.

RECOVERY (ARRA) - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY pursuant to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). This opportunity is available only to Pacific Consulting Group and ICF Macro. These firms are current holders of Internal Revenue Service Customer Satisfaction Blanket Purchase Agreements. These BPAs are competitively awarded ordering mechanisms under which the IRS issues individually competed task orders. A single firm, fixed-price task order will be competitively awarded to a contractor which holds a customer satisfaction BPA. The contractor that receives the task order will administer a previously IRS developed and Office of Management and Budget approved customer satisfaction survey. The taxpayers surveyed will be individuals who either claim or are eligible to claim the Health Coverage Tax Credit. The contractor will also be required to report the results to the IRS in a format which protects the anonymity of respondents. The period of performance will be ten weeks from date of award. This notice is for informational purposes only and is being posted because this action will be funded wholly or in part by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
