RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W9127N-08-D-0006 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Portland District (USACE - Portland) intends to issue Task Order 24 under Contract W9127N-08-D-0006 for Engineering During Construction for the Wyeth Columbia River Treaty Fishing Access Site. The Contractor shall provide Engineering During Construction support during the duration of the Design/Build Construction contract for the Wyeth Columbia River Treaty Fishing Access Site. This shall require the Contractor to provide the resources and expertise needed to review, analyze, evaluate, and provide technical assistance/advice for design related issues that arise during the design/build construction performance period. This includes, but is not limited to, answering the Design-Build (DB) Contractor's questions, reviewing the Contractor's design and construction submittals for conformance to design requirements, participating in resolving design issues, and providing guidance on document discrepancies. The Contracor will also provide technical data for the development of any modifications.
