The purpose of this work activity is to provide support to the DOE-SR with expertise in the area of Transparency Advocate support services for work conducted at the Savannah River Site under the ARRA. The contractor will serve as facilitator to track progress on ARRA initiatives, prepare and submit reports per the requirements of the Act. With the ARRA funding allocation of more than $1.6 Billion, SRS will decommission surplus nuclear reactor facilities, accelerate transuranic (TRU) waste disposition, remediate soil and groundwater, and complete area closure.
