The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, Lead and Asbestos testing/sampling and supervision necessary to Construct a Night Lab in Hanger 3, Room N210. Create a non reflective, light sealed environment suitable for Night Vision Goggles training that conforms to Marine training requirements. Work will include painting, drywall work, replacing doors, electrical work (lights and outlets), carpet, installing a ductless HVAC unit (with associated electrical work), and incidental related work. The Contractor shall mount government provided Smart Board.
