Recreation Registration & Booking Software

The County of Haliburton, acting on behalf of the Township of Algonquin Highlands, the Municipality of Dysart et al, and the Township of Minden Hills, has issued Request for Information CTY-RFI-2026-1. The purpose of this initiative is to conduct market research and gather information from service providers specializing in Recreation Registration and Booking Software to inform a future procurement process. This is not a formal competitive bidding process, and submitting a response will not result in a contract award. The solicitation seeks detailed functional responses regarding program registration, membership, facility booking, client management, payments, and reporting, as well as information on licensing models, pricing structures, and estimated implementation and operating budgets. Responses must be submitted exclusively through the County of Haliburton's Electronic Bidding System by the deadline of October 1, 2026. Interested providers must maintain a Vendor Account and be registered as a Plan Taker to participate. The process may include a second phase where selected respondents are requested to provide a live virtual demonstration of a fully functional version of their software, limited to 90 minutes. This process is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the Federal laws of Canada, with specific requirements for legislative compliance and privacy.
