The objective of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to enable either Florida State University (FSU) or the Seminole Boosters, Inc. (SBI) or Florida State University Athletics Association (FSUAA), both a direct support organization (DSO) of FSU, to enter into a contract with a Respondent for the development, financing, construction and operation of a recreational vehicle (RV) park within Tallahassee’s Innovation Park in Tallahassee, FL. The FSUAA is the management structure for FSU Athletics; it is a Direct Support Organization (DSO) for FSU. The FSUAA board provides governance and oversight while serving as the fiduciaries, who steer the organization by adopting sound policies, engaging in effective decision-making, and exercising the appropriate level of oversight. Seminole Boosters is a Direct Support Organization that supports the intercollegiate athletic program of FSU and oversees its annual fund and other fundraising programs. As the fundraising arm of FSU Athletics, Seminole Boosters, Inc. is responsible for engaging fans, alumni and loyal supporters of FSU in order to generate financial contributions for the purpose of enriching the overall educational and athletic experience for over 500 student-athletes participating in 20 sports programs by providing financial security for long-term growth and prosperity.
