Attachment - Concept Design Plan ************************* Amendment No. 001 This amendment is raised to provide: 1. an extension to the solicitation closing date; 2. modifications to the Request for Proposal; 3. responses to requests for clarification *************** NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) Title: Redundancy for the Critical Equipment of the Biologics Manufacturing Centre (BMC) Solicitation Number: 24-58189 Publication Date: October 10, 2024 Closing Date and Time: November 05, 2024 at 2:00PM ET Region of Opportunity: Unspecified Region of Delivery: Canada (Montreal, Quebec) GSIN: C111A - Architect/Engineer Services - Administration & Service Buildings Notice Type: Request for Proposal (RFP) Tendering Procedure: Open Description: The National Research Council Canada (NRC) intends to retain a Prime Consultant to provide professional engineering services for the realization of redundant systems for the critical equipment of the Biologics Manufacturing Centre in accordance with the Project Brief. NRC Royalmount site at building MTL-01 6100 Royalmount Avenue, Montreal, QC. H4P 2R2. Deliverables of Contract required by March 28, 2025. There is a security requirement associated with the requirement. For additional information, consult the bid solicitation document. There will be an optional site visit on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 9:00AM. EDT. Interested bidders are to meet at the reception desk of the employee entrance of the Montreal Royalmount building (MTL-01), National Research Council of Canada located at 6100 Royalmount avenue, Montreal, QC H4P 2R2. Representatives must go past the main entrance and continue towards the shipping/receiving and enter the employee parking lot at the rear entrance of the building via Paré Street. Basis of selection: Lowest responsive bid.
