This is a request for Supply Arrangements for the provision of Heavy Civil Engineering Services in the Atlantic Region. Refresh D is being posted to allow new suppliers to become qualified. Existing qualified suppliers, who have been issued a Supply Arrangement under EB129-192368, are not required to submit a new arrangement but may refresh their arrangement to modify their specialty services. Any locations subject to any of the Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements are excluded from the Supply Arrangement. Suppliers must identify the geographic area(s) in which they propose to provide services. Suppliers are also requested to indicate at least one Specialty Service for which they wish to qualify. Suppliers are only required to submit one arrangement regardless of their number of proposed Specialty Services. There is no maximum to the number of Supply Arrangements that may be issued as result of this RFSA. All interested suppliers are invited to submit a proposal. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The RFP issuing office is: Atlantic Region Acquisitions, 1713 Bedford Row, Halifax, N.S. B3J 1T3. This office provides services in English. Proposals may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Reference the solicitation for further details.
