This is a Sources Sought Announcement. This is NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and does not serve to bind the U.S. Government in any way. Interested parties shall not be reimbursed for costs associated with preparation of their responses.
The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) is conducting a Sources Sought Market Research Survey in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to identify potential firms that have the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities required to provide refuse disposal services to the 834th Transportation Battalion in support of the Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO) California mission. This work will be performed in the Tidal and Inland areas of the Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO) California.If you believe your firm has the skills, knowledge, experience, personnel, management, supervision, equipment, and any other items and services necessary to perform the functions for disposing of refuse in a manner that conforms to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations; your company is encouraged to forward a capability statement which addressed the following:
