The General Services Administration, Great Lakes Region, Acquisition Management Division is issuing this synopsis for - Moving and Related Services. This project shall consist of providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment to perform to moving and related services as described herein. Services are for the base period which is for an initial one-year period, with 4 one year options. Work under this contract is expected to commence on or about February 1, 2022. This contract will cover work to be performed in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin. This procurement will be a small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 484210. The project scope will consist of all management supervision, supplies, & equipment to perform the Fire Protection Assessment Reports and Risk Management Surveys at the aforementioned locations and in accordance with the project specifications. This is a negotiated, firm fixed price procurement; there will NOT be a public bid opening. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Full details of this requirement and the evaluation factors will be provided in the solicitation package. The solicitation cited above can only be obtained by accessing a secure website known as SAM.gov. SAM.gov is a secure website designed to safeguard sensitive but unclassified acquisition information. SAM.gov is fully integrated with other electronic Government initiatives, including the System for Award Management (SAM) database, and is available for use by all Federal agencies. Registration in the SAM website is required in order to download solicitation documents and is used to validate vendor identity. Contractors not registered in these systems will be ineligible to download the solicitation and ineligible for an award.
