This acquisition will result in the award of a performance based, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for services comprising Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work for custodial services in the Naval Washington District (NDW) at sites within 100-mile radius of Washington, DC. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials and equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering and other items necessary to provide the services outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
