GSA is conducting market research and desires input from industry to assist in requirements planning and cost estimation for the project. The information requested will be used to facilitate the decision making process and will not be disclosed outside of the Government and their RPR study support team. Please note: GSA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI. NOTICE FOR OPEN MARKET RESPONDENTS: The below notice was posted to GSA eBuy on 10 May 2019 as RFQ1365807. Per internal policy, GSA is required to consider GSA Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) prior to soliciting requirements open-market. Should your company have an approach that could not be facilitated under GSA Schedule 00CORP The Professional Services Schedule, your responses should be modified to an open market procurement (i.e. disregard MAS specific questions) and forwarded to the POCs listed in the attached RFI document the due date.
