Full Description

Transport Canada (TC) has built a Regulatory Platform that uses Data Engineering and Machine Learning with Natural Language Processing to ingest, cleanse, transform and classify Canadian regulatory texts. The curated dataset is structured variously to allow a custom .Net web interface to search, filter, and display the data in various ways to enable regulators in analyzing and understanding the relationships between their department’s regulations and those across the federal government as well as cumulative impact on industry sectors. TC seeks professional services to aid in doing more text classification and semantic analysis, as well as improving the user interface.
