The Canada School of Public Service (CSPS or the School) requires the services of Contractor(s) to provide remote Communication Access Real-time Translation (CART) services and technical support, in English and/or in French, for conferences and special events, on an as and when required basis. The School will have a variety of event deliveries for which remote CART services will be required. This includes, but is not limited to, special events, conference style events that may include concurrent sessions, and armchair discussions. Events may be bilingual or unilingual. This bid solicitation is intended to result in the award a contract, functioning on a task authorization (TA) basis, for a period of one (1) year, with the irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions. The requirement is exempt from the World Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP). There are security requirements associated with this requirement.
