The purpose of Amendment No. 1 is to provide supporting documents related to the Culligan Medallist Series Automatic Water Conditioner and Filter that were inadvertently omitted from the original posting.

                        (i)  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.



                        (ii)  The solicitation number is W911QX27QA002.  This acquisition is issued as an request for quotation (RFQ)



                        (iii)  The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01



                        (iv)  T his acquisition is set-aside for Small Businesses. The associated NAICS code is 238220. The small business size standard is $19 Million



                        (v)   The following is a list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable): 






CLIN 0001 – The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the Spesutie Island Water Treatment System Replacement in accordance with the Performance Work Statement dated October 5, 2026.       




(vi)  Description of requirements: Removal and replacement of water treatment systems on Spesutie Island, Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland.

                        (vii) Delivery is required by fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of contract award.   Delivery and installation shall be made to Spesutie Island, ARL, APG, MD. Acceptance shall be performed at Spesutie Island, ARL, APG, MD. The FOB point is Destination.




(viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial, applies to this acquisition.  The following addenda have been attached to this provision: NONE
