Contractor Requirements: For an offer to be considered for award, the Contractor shall: -Provide the contracting officer with a valid construction business license to perform construction work in Japan (Kensetsugyo Kyokasyo), if such information is not already on file with or available to the contracting officer; -Be authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract; and -Have a Japanese bank account in order to receive payment via DFAS Japan.
