AVIS D’APPEL D’OFFRES Le Centre de services scolaire de Sorel-Tracy (CSSS-T) sollicite des soumissions sous enveloppe scellée ou par voie électronique via le SÉAO pour la fourniture, la livraison, l’installation, la configuration, la mise en production et le support d’une solution complète de virtualisation destinée à remplacer l’infrastructure existante, incluant les équipements matériels, accessoires requis et les services connexes indissociables. La solution recherchée est de type « clé en main » et doit permettre une exploitation stable, sécuritaire et évolutive de l’environnement de virtualisation du CSSS-T. DOCUMENTS D’APPEL D’OFFRES Les documents sont accessibles exclusivement via le Système électronique d’appels d’offres (SÉAO). CALENDRIER DE LIVRAISON Le soumissionnaire retenu devra respecter le calendrier suivant : Début prévu des livraisons : Date d’adjudication du contrat; Date limite de livraison : 15 juin 2026. Après cette date, une plainte peut être soumise directement à l’Autorité des marchés publics (AMP) conformément à l’article 40 de la Loi sur l’Autorité des marchés publics (RLRQ c. A-33.2.1), au plus tard deux (2) jours avant la date limite de réception des soumissions indiquée dans le SÉAO. En signant le Formulaire de Soumission, le soumissionnaire reconnaît avoir pris connaissance de la Procédure de Gestion des Plaintes et s’engage à la respecter. SOUMISSION ET OUVERTURE Toute soumission sous enveloppe scellée devra être reçue au centre administratif du Centre de services scolaire de Sorel-Tracy situé au 41, avenue de l’Hôtel-Dieu, Sorel-Tracy, le mercredi, 18 mars 2026 avant 10 h 00, pour être ouverte publiquement au même endroit, le même jour et à la même heure. Toute soumission reçue postérieurement sera automatiquement rejetée. Les soumissions électroniques sont acceptées selon la procédure du système électronique d’appel d’offres (SÉAO). Le Centre de services scolaire déposera un enregistrement vidéo de l’ouverture des soumissions sur le SÉAO dans les meilleurs délais après l’ouverture.
