U.S. Embassy invites bids for providing renovation services for converting the existing bath house into a toilet facility at the U.S. Embassy, New Delhi. If you would like to submit a quotation, please follow the instructions in Section L of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address provided below.



The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on July 29, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the U.S. Embassy, Gate #7, Nyaya Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi – 110021, India. Prospective offerors who wish to participate in the site visit should send an email with their name(s) (as per Aadhaar card) and cell number(s) to kamathsp@state.gov no later than 11:00 a.m. on July 28, 2026.



All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via email to kamathsp@state.gov before 3:00 p.m. on July 31, 2026. Responses will be provided to all contractors who have expressed interest in doing business with the U.S. Government. No questions received after 3:00 p.m. on July 31, 2026, will be answered.



Quotations are due by 2:00 p.m. (India Time) on August 4, 2026. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to Newdelhibids@state.gov with the subject line “Solicitation No. 191N6526Q0077 existing bath house into toilet facility.” The file size must not exceed 10MB.
