The Contractor must complete the Work within 10 months from the date of contract award. This is a two-phase selection process. Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of bids is open only to Canadian suppliers. The successful Bidder's personnel, as well as any subcontractor and its personnel, who are required to perform any part of the Work pursuant to the subsequent contract must meet the mandatory security requirements as indicated in the attached Invitation to Tender document. There will be a Phase Two site visit. The date, time and location for the Phase Two site visit will be identified during Phase Two.
