Full Description

The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, Facilities and Administrative Support Staff, on behalf of the Tax Division, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Colonial Parking, Inc. 1050 Thomas Jefferson St., NW, Washington, DC 20007-3819, under the authority of FAR Subpart FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), soliciting from a single source. The Tax Division employees will be moving into offices that are around the corner from the parking garage located at 1275 N Street NE, Washington, D.C, which Colonial Parking operates. It is the only garage available in the office's proximity that will accommodate Tax Division employees parking requirements for a twenty-four hour, seven days a week parking facility. It is anticipated that this requirement will support up to 55 monthly parking permits at a fixed monthly rate. The period of performance will be June 1, 2021 - September 30, 2021. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. Any information received will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
