Rental Screener and Conveyor

The Department of National Defence is seeking to rent one S130 Screener or an equivalent unit and one ST80 Conveyor or an equivalent unit for a fixed term from July 15 to September 15, 2026, under solicitation W0106-26P008. The equipment must meet stringent technical specifications, including a 4,270 mm x 1,524 mm two-deck screen with a 98 kW motor, track or wheel drive, and an integrated three-stage auxiliary conveyor for transport. The conveyor must comply with applicable safety standards, including operator protective devices. All equipment must operate reliably without clogging or prolonged interruptions, maintain precise material classification with minimal cross-contamination, and be built to withstand intensive operating conditions involving vibrations, heavy loads, and abrasive materials. The contract is fixed-price, with no line-item pricing disclosed, and Canada’s total liability is capped at an amount to be determined at award. The contractor is responsible for charging and remitting all applicable taxes, and non-resident contractors face a 15% withholding unless a valid waiver from the Canada Revenue Agency is provided. Invoices must be submitted only after work completion and include detailed expenditure records, receipts, and tax information. Payments are made within 30 days of receipt of a conforming invoice, with interest accruing on late payments at the Average Rate plus 3%.
