Repair and Replace Deficient HVAC Unit Components for NPS, Fort Pulaski Visitor Center and Comfort Stations, Headquarters, and Maintenance Shop.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12, FAC 2005-87 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. This is a small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19. The National Park Service, Contracting Operations (ConOps) East, has a requirement to Repair and Replace Deficient HVAC Unit Components for NPS, Fort Pulaski Visitor Center and Comfort Stations, Headquarters, and Maintenance Shop in Savannah, GA.
This procurement will be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The small business standard is $16,500,000. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to the firm that provides the best value in accordance with FAR 13.106-2.
