The 115th Fighter Wing has awarded a firm-fixed-price contract to JMJ Construction Company, Inc. for the repair of the Building 424 Entrance at Truax Field, Madison, WI. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform building envelope analysis, minor demolition, exterior reconstruction (concrete, catch basin, gutters, downspouts, heat tape), interior renovations (terrazzo flooring, cove base, embedded walk-off mats, door repair), and site restoration.


Award was made on a Best Value basis to the responsible supplier whose quotation conformed to the solicitation requirements.
