REPAIR AREA, BLDG 36, SECTION 2B EAST, ST. LOUIS SITE Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for the interior repair and alterations. The total affected area is approximately 7,660 square feet. The work includes minor demolition of walls, ceilings, floor finishes, mechanical and electrical demolition. New work includes but is not limited to new walls, doors, ceilings, finishes, office furniture, conference room furniture, break room furniture, system furniture, fire protection, mechanical and electrical. The work shall be performed by a general contractor. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NGA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 154 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The contractor will not be allowed to start on-site performance before the 30th day after the Notice to Proceed is issued. The approximate cost of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The project is 100 percent set-aside for small business. The NAICS code for this project is 236220, size standard $36.5M. This work is located at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency facilities at 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63118-3399.
