Multiple issues have developed along Carswell Street that have needed repairs, modifications, and additions to stabilize the road and minimize water ponding, potholes and other surface improvements that made the road unsafe for driving conditions. For more details regarding the project, refer to attachment: D2 - Phase III SOW



AMENDMENT 1


This amendment is to add the attachment: Carswell Site Visit Location, to the list of attachments.


As a reminder if you plan on attending the site visit all attendees MUST have base access. If personel does not have base access they MUST fill out the UAR form found in the attachment list and submit to both POC's listed for this solicitation.

The Bid Opening will take place at the 502nd Contracting Squadron, 1655 Selfridge Ave., Lackland Air Force Base, TX 78236, on 31 July 2026 at 11:00 a.m. local time.


Contractors without base access must arrive no later than 8:30 a.m. local time on 31 July 2026 at the Luke Gate Visitor Center, 2602 Luke Blvd., Lackland Air Force Base, TX 78236, to be granted base access.


At this time, the Government will not entertain additional bids, as the solicitation has closed.
