Project will perform the following: Structural: 1]. Construct Fire Pump House (25-ft long x 18-ft wide X 10-ft high), 2]. Excavation/ Trenching and backfilling for pole lightings, Mechanical: 3]. Replace existing pre-action fire sprinkler system and pressure switch, 4] . Install new clean agent fire protection system to Red & Black shelter, approx. 1,222-sf area for two rooms, complete with agent tank assembly, discharge piping, nozzles and all required accessories, 5]. Installation of Sprinkler System at F-200 Storage Room for approx. 485-sf building. 6] . Install new clean agent fire protection system at F-200 mecha'l room (switchgear) approx. 188-sf area complete with agent tank assembly, discharge piping, nozzles and all required accessories, 7] .Install new Sprinkler System at Fire Pump House for approx. 450-sf building. 8]. Provide and install electric-driven fire pump with 750 gpm capacity, complete with fittings, components, accessories and mounting supports, 9]. Provide/ Install and assemble fire water tank, approximately 30,000 gallons capacity, including mounting supports and accessories. Electrical: 10] . Upgrade fire alarm system/ panel and devices, including conduits for F-2324/ F-200, 11]. Install new control panel for the clean agent system complete with alarm bell and detectors, including conduit and wires, approx.1,222-sf at the Red and Black shelter rooms, 12]. Install new control panel for the clean agent system complete with alarm bell and detectors, including conduit and wires of approx. 188-sf area at F-200 mech'l room (switchgear), 13].
