Work shall include but is not necessarily limited to the following: Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Location 1 - This project is for the replacement of the Fire Suppression Systems in B323 at the RRAD, Texarkana, Texas. Work shall include but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1) Replacement of Fire Suppression System in Building 323. 2) Fire pump required as part of the design. 3) Replacement shall include PI valve (and any work required to replace the PI valve), include all pipe, components, installation and painting. Fire Suppression System piping (above ground) shall be appropriately primed and painted red (no 11105, Safety Red) in accordance with MIL-STD-101 and ASME (ANSI) A13.1 codes when visible, but when the pipe would not be typically visible it may be appropriately marked/banded. The complete system shall be painted or marked/banded as indicated above. Location 2 - This project is for the replacement of the Fire Suppression Systems in B431 at the RRAD, Texarkana, Texas.
