REPAIR GEODSS HVAC, F-631

Scope of work are the following; 1). Replace with new the existing ACCU concrete pad and pedestals outside of the facility, extend concrete chiller and water pumps pad, and install 1-ea expansion tank concrete pad inside of F-632, 2). Perform asbestos abatement for pipe insulation, 3). Replace 3-ea ACCU, 3-ea Chiller and 3-ea Chilled water pumps, 4). Replace all refrigerant lines and chilled water lines for F-632, 5). Replace 3-ea ACCU disconnect switches, 3-ea Chiller disconnect switches, 3-ea CHWP disconnect switches. 6). Replace RSC conduits and wirings from ACCU-1 , 2 & 3, Chiller-1, 2 & 3 and CHWP-1, 2 & 3 up to existing MCC-UPP and all controls 7). Provide new 40A & 20 A trip magnetic circuit breakers for ACCU-1, 2, 3 and CHWP-1, 2, 3., 8). Re-connect BMS connections from HVAC, 9). Update controls and installation of new Trane Tracer SC+ building automation system by Tech Rep., 10). Support Technical Representative for start up, testing and commissioning of the new AC system and DDC controls, 11). Support Technical Representative for testing adjusting and balancing of airduct system and 12). Support Technical Representative for testing adjusting and balancing of Chilled water lines for supply and return and chilled water pumps of the new AC system.
