Scope of work are the following: 1] Perform LOTO to the Chiller Units. 2] Perform Refrigirant recovery on the Chiller units. 3] Cut/ remove 4 each Filter Driers. 4] Provide and install 4 each filter driers. 5] Remove 2 each Electronic Expansion Valve. 6] Provide and install 1 each Electronic Expansion Valve.7] Remove old and provide and install 1 each new Chiller Water Pump VFD and all accessories. 8] Remove old , Provide and Install 1 each Outside Air Sensor. 9] Provide Programming Services to the Outside Air Sensor for operation. 9] Remove old corroded bolts, Provide and Install new Stainless Steel bolts. 10] Purge the system with Nitrogen. 11] Charge the system with R-410A refrigirant as appropriate and test for leakages then commission the Air Conditioning system.12] Provide Polyester lubricant for the compressors. 13] Paint chiller unit panels for corrosion control.14] Repair one chiller unit at a time to ensure the Facility is adequately cooled during the repair period. 15] Test chillers for proper functionality and commission.
