By means of the ITT, Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking proposals from bidders for the provision of skilled labour, tools and, when requested by NRCAN, materials, layout and special equipment required for refrigeration/HVAC/gas fitting services to repair and maintain NRCan’s refrigeration/HVAC fixtures & equipment and related refrigeration & natural gas piping. The scope of typical services to be provided includes, as needed, various work items of different sizes to carry out inspection, leak testing, repairs, preventive maintenance, documentation completion and, if necessary, construction work including emergency services. At the Pacific Forestry Centre, 506 Burnside Road West, Victoria (British Columbia) V8Z 1M5. The period of the contract shall be from date of contract to June 30, 2027. There is option to extend the term of contract, up to two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods, under the same terms and conditions. There are industrial security requirements. See section SC01 Industrial Security Requirements, Documents Safeguarding for details. This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the CPC Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to SI03 Submission of bid, for further information.
