This project consist of approximately 329,632 SF of milling existing road and parking lot and overlay of 2" 9.5mm Hot Mix Asphalt Paving Course. The IFB will be posted on or about 5 Sep 2019. The Maryland Air National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bid to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the repaving (mill and overlay with repainting of lines) in Middle River, MD. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 5 Se p2019. The bid opening date is scheduled for on-or about 17 Sep 2019.
