This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order to provide all necessary, labor, material and equipment to perform all work associated with performing the following tasks but not limited to: the complete removal and replacement of the underground steam and condensate distribution systems in multiple locations, the installation of a new steam pit at Building 732, and piping work in the mechanical rooms of Buildings 732 and 2001 as indicated, and in accordance with the contract documents as complete and useable at the Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna.
