Project will replace corroded wall & roof panels, flashings, roll-up doors & framings, column base plates, insulations/nettings, ceiling & vinyl floor tiles, doors & windows, toilet accessories, window a/c units, exhaust fans, lighting fixtures, wires and conduits. Prepare, prime and paint new works. Additional scope of work were based on ICAP inspection and Builder Generated Requirements deficiencies of the facility. Project will include the following: 1] Replace roof ventilators, eave cee & zee purlins and girts, roof edge flashing and corner flashings and trims, cee framings of roll-up doors, sandblasting and paintings, 2] Replace approx. 4,976-sf cross main and branch line piping's including fittings, pipe support/hanger, brackets and all required accessories, 3] Replace sprinkler system riser assembly including valves, fittings, and all required accessories, 4] Install 1-ea new Water Heater, Residential, Electric, 10-Gal and connect water supply inlet/outlet copper piping, leak test, run and restore unit back to normal operation, 5] Replace 2-ea compressed air, unfired pressure vessels complete with all supported accessories located exterior side of the building, 6] Shut-off valve/ cut/ remove 1-ea backflow preventer 1-1/4" dia. located men's head of the building, 7]. Shut-off valve/ cut/ remove 1-ea backflow preventer 1/2" dia. located exterior North end side of the building, 8] Replace obsolete Fire Alarm System
